Shipping
The following shipping methodes are available:

  • Store pickup (in Enschede)
  • Standard package (uninsured & without tracking)
  • Insured shipping
  • Cash on delivery (rembours)


Payment
The following payment methodes are available:

  • Bank transfer
  • iDeal
  • Cash (store pickup)
  • PayPal (bank/creditcard)
  • Cash on delivery (rembours)

If you have placed an order where you chose to pay by bank transfer, please note that your order is send once payment has been received.
Please add your order no. to the payment. This makes it easier for us to link the payment to your order.

For an order that is processed through iDeal, there is a €0,75 processing fee added.
For orders processed with PayPal we charge 4% over the total amount of your order, including shipping.

International orders
For international orders we accept a bank transfer, PayPal and creditcard as payment. Orders are send once payment has been received.

Order status
If the status of your order changes, you will receive an e-mail with the new status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation and where applicable, the tracking number.

Store pickup
In case you choose to pick up your order, you can visit us at scheduled times. You will receive an e-mail with the address and pickup times once your order is complete. In case you are not able to pick up your order at these times, please contact us to make an appointment outside these times.
